Not so sure if this is a great idea but what the hell. I've always wanted to have a art/jurnal so that I could feel free to express my thoughts along with posting my artistic studies at the same time. So since this is My Blog, that means I can do whatever the hell I want to do right? My Name is Icaris Chocola Adonis. I will later explain the meaning of my name, but for now we'll just settle for simple introductions.
I've always had a Love for art eversence I can remember.(Warning, Ive always been a bad speller too!) when I was the age of 5yrs old, I absalutely loved coloring books. My mom used to tell me how good I was with staying within the black lines. I remember the first time she gave me that compliment, lol, I was hellbent of making sure that I stayed within those lines and never colored over them. My twin brother and my cousins...we all used to set at grandmas huge long table (from a kids perspective anyway) and have ourselves a coloring book contest while all the grown ups were in the living room playing spades or Dominoes. Man, those days where the golden years of my life.
One day, on such an occasion while we kids were coloring in our books, I notice my cousin draw a lighting bolt on a blank sheet of paper (I likely would have had a fit if she had drawn one along side the border of her coloring book) I was amazed! I absalutely begged her to teach me how to draw one, and that my blogger friends became my first drawing. From that day onward, I put my coloring books aside and I was smiting blank pieces of paper by filling them up with lighting bolts trying to make each one look better than the one before it. I cant help but laugh as I reflect on those tender years. Man, I cant tell you how long I was drawing nothing but lighting bolts from that day forward.
